AI Stamp Identifier · Last updated: 13 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Stamp Identifier ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
In short: We use your camera and photos only to identify stamps you choose to scan, we do not sell your personal data, and we only share what is necessary to provide the App's features (such as AI identification and subscription processing).
When you scan or upload a stamp image, that image is processed to generate an identification. Images are sent to our AI processing provider to analyze the stamp and return details. We do not use your images for advertising.
The App stores information you create in the App, such as your saved stamp collection and the number of scans you have performed. Depending on your use, this may be stored on your device and/or on our secure backend.
If you buy a subscription or one-time purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing and managed through our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We receive purchase status (for example, whether your premium access is active) but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
If you enable daily reminders, we use device notifications to send them. You can turn this off at any time in the App's settings or your device settings.
We may collect limited technical information (such as app version, device type, and error/diagnostic data) to keep the App working reliably.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, and only to the extent needed:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App's features. You can delete your saved collection within the App. To request deletion of any data associated with you, contact us using the email below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
